Sinethemba Sade Buthelezi

Sinethemba Sade Buthelezi is the Founder and Managing Director of Vusa Africa Architects, a Vusa Africa Group company and has been in business for ten (10) years. She holds two master’s degrees in architecture from UKZN and IE Business School in Madrid, respectively. She is a registered Professional Architect. Other companies within the Vusa Africa Group are Vusa Africa Technologies (which owns software platforms; CPDConnect, Dealscreen, Vatech Database) and Vusa Africa Properties, a Property Management and Development Company. She owns 100% of the shares. Sinethemba is a young, female and dynamic leader well equipped to shape the vision for society and its built environment. Sinethemba Buthelezi’ experience spans across different disciplines which include amongst others; residential buildings, libraries, laboratories, campus master plans, court buildings, auditorium, warehouses, schools, shopping malls and property developments; continuous professional development; software solutions and corporate & private interiors. Schemes ranged from 14000m2 – 30000m2 and managed budgets up to R200 million.
